Training

Our experienced trainers are professionally licensed and receive regular updated training from LPG®‘s International Training Team, and pass that expertise on to you. Classroom size is limited to ensure you have sufficient hands-on practice time, as well as attention and feedback from our trainers. We offer ongoing training support, marketing support, and the development of advanced trainings and protocols. Our focus is on your success!
Installation
LPG® America provides “white-glove” installation services. This means from the time we receive the funding for the equipment, we start a quality process of pick, pack, and shipping from our Florida warehouse. You will be kept in the loop of the entire process including receiving the tracking number which will be coordinated from our customer service team. When the equipment arrives in your local area you will receive a call from the carrier to set up a convenient time and date when you would like the equipment delivered, unpacked, and placed in position. All shipping material will be removed from your location. All you have to do is plug the equipment in! It’s just that easy.
Technical Support
One of the most important aspects in deciding to implement a new technology into any business is the question: How will I get support after the sale? For LPG America® is very important that all of our clients are always operating at 100% satisfaction and that their devices are well supported. We offer maintenance contracts, extended hours for tech support, and a full inventory of stocked parts and consumables.
